  • Transactional & Audit Logs: Order numbers, item specifications, and PhonePe payment transaction references. We never store credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs.

We process your data exclusively for lawful e-commerce purposes:

  • Confirming and dispatching orders with our verified partner boutique ateliers.
  • Generating automated courier dispatch labels and real-time tracking links via Shiprocket.
  • Processing secure payment authorizations and refunds through the PhonePe gateway.
  • Communicating critical order status notifications via SMS and email.

4. Zero-Sale Commitment & Third-Party Disclosures

We strictly do NOT sell, rent, lease, or monetize your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
